But its construction speed still cannot meet the needs of urban construction and economic development. The urban water supply system is an indispensable municipal infrastructure for urban production and people's lives. Accelerating its construction is also an important measure to improve the urban environment and residents' quality of life, and promote economic development.
The water supply system of Alxa Left Banner Urban and Rural Water Affairs Co., Ltd. has the following main problems:
1. Some water supply facilities are outdated and aging, resulting in a decrease in operational efficiency
According to our company's research, the existing water supply systems in Xitan, Xinjing, and non residential areas have the following problems: low efficiency of water pump equipment, lack of accessories, and difficulty in maintenance; The operation control system of each pump station equipment has a long service life, severe aging phenomenon, and high energy consumption.
2. Partial water supply line water supply system facilities do not match the demand
According to our company's on-site survey, the residential water distribution area 1 in Bayanhot Town requires direct water distribution from the Xitan Second Pumping Station. Currently, the Xitan Second Pumping Station does not have water distribution function, which does not match the demand. The service area of the North Line 2 # pumping station for the regenerated water supply system of non domestic water sources requires a large amount of water during summer greening days and peak demand. The current water distribution facilities cannot meet the demand and urgently need improvement.
3. No intelligent water information platform has been established yet
At present, Alxa Left Banner Urban and Rural Water Affairs Co., Ltd. is only building financial and revenue systems, and other information systems have not yet been constructed. Relevant systems such as leakage management system and pipeline geographic information system are still to be built.

This part of the project mainly involves the upgrading and renovation of pump equipment, electrical equipment, and automatic control equipment for six water supply plant stations in the non domestic water source water supply system pumping station.
4、 Construction of pump station management system.
This part of the project mainly involves the construction of a pumping station management system for the 23 underground water source wells and 12 water transmission and distribution plant stations in the two water sources of the domestic water supply system and non domestic water supply system in the central urban area of Bayanhot. The system mainly includes pumping station management platform servers, pumping station management platforms, video servers, video management platforms, virtualization management software, databases, etc.
