A third-party professional organization commissioned by Taizhou Water Resources Bureau has designed an energy-saving plan covering the entire chain of "equipment pipe network management" for 12 high water consuming enterprises in the park, providing a new paradigm for industrial water conservation and efficiency improvement.

At the pipeline layer, intelligent pressure regulation technology is applied to install pressure reducing valves at the end of the pipeline network and add booster pump stations in high-level areas to achieve balanced pressure distribution. The data shows that after optimization, the leakage rate of the pipeline network decreased from 15% to 6%, the water hammer effect was reduced by 70%, and the equipment life was extended by 30%.
The management team will build a smart water management platform that integrates IoT, big data, and AI algorithms to monitor real-time parameters such as flow, pressure, and water quality, and automatically generate optimized scheduling plans. During the trial operation of the platform, a certain electronics factory discovered the hidden danger of water pump bearing wear in advance through predictive maintenance function, avoiding unplanned shutdown losses exceeding 500000 yuan.
